Very disappointed!! moving in to a new place and having to sort everything 2 weeks earlier so we didn’t have to worry once the day came, well anyway we ended up having no hot water nor gas heating/stove top for 5days of us moving in I called up everytime and got different answers and saying it would take 2-3 business day …..during those 5 days they were freezing I also have kids and we were all catching a cold this was so inhumane to live in. I’ve not been compensated or anything for there inconvenience nor a proper apology.

The lady (I think her name was Amy) was very good and I was happy to return to Origin with the plan I was offered.
