Account Issues
I spoke with Sarah about my account and she was lovely and informative. She checked through my account and confirmed that my direct debit was cancelled as I had a credit on my account. She went through my account and noticed some unusual activity that she needed to arrange a follow up. Following this I received an email outlining what had occurred on my account and that I did in fact now have a credit due to an actual meter read being conducted and following this my account was now in credit and no longer owed money.
