Customer service appalling. Queried charge on bill and no help forthcoming from Origin Energy. So frustrated that I went to the website compare.energy.vic.gov.au and actually moved to a new energy provider. Projected savings of $1,500 p.a. Thanks for being so rubbish Origin Energy!

Called Origin to enquiry about a discrepancy on my bill. It was easily solved and sorted by Sunny. It was very quick and Sunny knew exactly what to do, she even helped me to take a screenshot of a photo I took of my meter with a date and time stamp. Within 2 days I had a new amended bill that reflected our usage. Excellent customer service, thank you Sunny.
