Origin have great rates and great service. They show they are the best power supplier and we are very Happy they are now in Toowoomba.

Well they contacted me after I signed up elsewhere. I was expecting that, but i get so many calls asking me to change. Maybe origin could be more proactive knowing there are account predators out there. Stay in contact with your clients re changes.

At 5.15 pm I was expecting a long delay on the phone, but was only on hold for 1 minute. Lachlan was extremely helpful, answered my queries and updated my gas plan. Excellent service and one of the reasons I remain a loyal Origin customer.

What made my experience great was the service from the guy on the phone. He spent 45 min with me making sure all my questions were answered, went through my bill and gave me some great recommendations. His customer service was outstanding and he should be recognised by his superiors. It was nothing about Origin Energy that was great. We all know every energy company is there to completely rip us off. This has been proved over and over. If you ever think you are getting a good deal, your not. Don't be fooled. The government is doing nothing to help us and letting them all get away with charging us way too much for a staple of life. The government is completely in on this. They want us all poor and unhappy!
