My existing plan ends on 6th June 2025.
My existing plan ends on 6th June 2025. I renewed my gas & electricity today for a further 12 months I expected the new plan to start on 7th June Not so, you started the plan as of today, which means I am paying the new rate which is much greater than the current plan for the new three days. You have not acted ethically in my opinion
