The company salesman keeps harassing. Sir samaj gaya hu yeah brand banana apse nehi ban payega..ap v apna brand k liye concern hi nehi ho..hote to atleast call uthate,,q ki apko main humara har ek chis share kiya hu ...apko v pata ho gaya ki hum log legal autorised hain or kam v hum log uska hi karte hain jiske liye ap ne call kiye the...acual yehi hain sir ki apka payment issue hi hain to sach hi bol dete ...thanks apka kimti samay dene ke liye...

It is a scam. They take money from their client and assign some fraud law associates in your local place. The local lawyer expects more money from you or he highly discourages you to not to proceed with the case. This company does nothing and even don't return your money when there is no progress made on your case. My case id with OLI OLI52461274368505 and case was assigned to Samya law chambers Indiranagar Bangalore. In the reply they mentioned they will come back on this. But this fraud company never call you back to resolve the issue. If they want let them show their loyalty by returning the amount and place that transaction details in this message reply.

I had a very disappointing experience with Online Legal India. Their process is completely misleading. When I first contacted them, they did not disclose the full cost of the service. After making the initial payment, their agents kept demanding additional charges without justification. Despite paying, I never received any actual service from their end. When I requested a refund, they refused, citing their one-sided policies, and offered to “hold my money for lifetime” instead of returning it — which is absurd and unfair. I strongly advise against trusting Online Legal India. My experience with them has been deeply disappointing and frustrating. They were responsive and eager only until the payment stage. After I paid ₹20000 in December 2024 to proceed with a consumer case (regarding a faulty product worth ₹6,000), there has been no real progress. Despite repeated follow-ups, no lawyer has been assigned to my case, and I receive the same vague response every time — “please wait.” There is no sense of accountability, urgency, or intent to resolve the issue. Worse, they offer no refunds and simply expect customers to keep waiting indefinitely. This experience has left me disillusioned with the idea of seeking justice through such legal platforms. For a ₹6,000 issue, I have now spent over ₹20,000 with no outcome in sight. Please be cautious before engaging with such services.

Online chatting service was fast and fixed my issue without any hassle.

I had taken 3 services from this company, including FSSAI registration. But my experience has been extremely disappointing. They completely misguided me at every step and gave false promises. Their communication was poor, and when I asked for clarity, they avoided my questions. It feels like they are just interested in taking money, not in delivering proper service. I consider this a form of cheating and fraud. Due to this unprofessional and unethical behavior, I have now decided not to continue with them and have asked for a full refund. I strongly do not recommend this company to anyone. Please be careful before trusting them with your money.

Fraud Company… Ek Fraud Se Bachne ke liye iss Dusare Fraud me Padd Gaye!! Don’t Trust This Is Totally Fake!!!

I want to complain against a company named "Online Legal India", they use paytm payment gateway. Today I pay 2142/- in their website in paytm payment gateway for registration of Trademark of my business.And the govt. Fees of 4500/- is paid when they process my application. When I done my fess, again they call me and asked for another 10,300/- + 4500/-(govt. Fees) Total 16,942/-. But they fixed with me the total amount of Rs. 6642/-. Now they charged another 10,300/- . Then I asked them for return my money, but they will not recv. My call. So, I want to request you to take action against them and help me for the refund. They all are fraud and already fraud with so many peoples.

They all are fraud, they collect money from peoples for registration of GST, Trademark Registration, ISO registration, FSSAI with the help of their website through paytm payment gateway, when payment done. they do not received call. They also fraud with me. I have all the payment proof

You get the work done but the turnaround time is very high. Also, your associates are unresponsive to calls and I have to follow up for every step in order to move to the next.

Experience with the company is smooth and easy. Spoke to Samuel and he has been of great help in guiding me through the whole process.

The whole time it felt that their agent was asking for unnecessary documents, trying to get more work by offering services for those documents like a trade licence. Then they make a silly spelling mistake in my Trade name for GST registration and then ask me for more money to get that ammended. I was easily able to ammend the trade name by myself within a day without any trade licence. I would suggest people to not fall into their scam and use a local CA or lawyer instead.

They are not ready to process the refund, and will not respond properly and give multiple number to contact and will never provide any solutions.

⚠️ I paid ₹943 to Online Legal India on 28 May 2025 for a consultation (Invoice No. FILS-U-2505-4137). I was expecting proper guidance, but I was not satisfied and requested a refund the same day. ❌ They refused to refund and only offered to "hold" the amount for one year — which is not acceptable to me. 💬 I request the company to process my refund immediately. 📢 I’m sharing this to warn others. Please confirm all terms before making payment. ⭐ Will update this review if I receive a proper resolution.
