I had a very disappointing experience with Online Legal India. Their process is completely misleading. When I first contacted them, they did not disclose the full cost of the service. After making the initial payment, their agents kept demanding additional charges without justification. Despite paying, I never received any actual service from their end. When I requested a refund, they refused, citing their one-sided policies, and offered to “hold my money for lifetime” instead of returning it — which is absurd and unfair. This kind of practice feels more like a scam than a professional legal service. I strongly advise others to stay away from this platform.
