I approached Online Legal India for help with a consumer grievance and paid ₹1500 based on their assurance that action would be taken within 48 hours. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. No legal service or action was taken. Their team stopped responding to my calls and messages after receiving payment. Despite repeated follow-ups, no refund has been issued, and I’ve received no meaningful communication. This reflects a clear lack of professionalism and appears to be a case of misleading promises and unethical conduct. If you're considering their services, please be cautious. I will now be taking appropriate action through consumer forums to report this malpractice. Company is doing there job very well. Staffs behaviour is good

Yesterday, I received your mail stating that the relevant team will contact me in my case. The same reply was received from your company one month back but neither team or a rep of your company has approached me nor I received my payment till today. Therefore, by replying this your company is tend to pass the time and never refund the amount to the customers whose work is not at all done by you.

A horrible service, no matter what, never ever use them, could not do a simple one person company filing, got my rejection mail from MCA today after 2 months of asking them to file, cause, they forgot to upload my aadhar card, like what the hell, also this MCA fees is non refundable

Worst service provider so far. Been more than a year and there is no update on my case. No way to directly connect with them. They hardly call back. The lawyer assigned is changed many times and the lawyers are unreachable and arrogant. They have no clue about the case. It's scam. Please don't waste your time and money here.
