Prompt service and very efficient people.

It was great support by Sudeshna who helped in escalating the issue and helped in solving the same at the earliest.

Reached out to send a legal notice through a lawyer but they proposed a program ODR where a mediator will be sending a notice it seems. Looks like a fraud and they tried to convince me saying that they hold a higher position than a lawyer. They are a fraudalent company trying to take advantage of vulnerabilities and suck all the money like a leech

This company is a fraud, as soon as I paid the money for a service (I selected the cheapest package) people started calling me asking me to upgrade, I told them to first complete the service for which I had paid for, no one is calling me to complete that but people are going on calling asking me to upgrade, I finished the work myself in the next 1-2 days using ChatGPT help, Rs. 954 down the drain, never trust these guys, one more thing - once the payment is done, there is no mail confirmation or message confirmation, that itself is a red flag

My OLI reference number: OLI74514254813351 They assigned an agent Prity kumari and she never called us back. Also whenever we tried calling onlineindialegal team on assigned number 08069029614 they never responded our call. They are scammers looting people

Dear Audience, This company is taking advance payments of service that we want. As they get money, they will not accept their mistakes for their given information. Even if you reach to expression department for refund due to irrelevant service at initial stage. They will take your time by doing irrelevant things with you without accepting their executive mistakes.

Absolutely pathetic service. They first ask you to pay a premium price for enrolling in their “Premium & Expedited “ service and make you pay the full amount upfront. Once they receive the money, they just leave your case aside and wait for you to reach out to them a billion times before they answer and respond to the fake promises they make before payment. You ask them for a refund after 50 days of no response or service, they tell you that your money is stuck with us and you can avail a service in the future but won’t get your money back. After waiting for 50days for them to even assign you a lawyer, when you confront them, the only response you get again and again is that “ This will not repeat again, you need to give us a chance”. This is the second time I heard this from them and stubborn, reluctant replies is all you get. Signing up with them is equal to simply blowing away your cash from your terrace.
