I had a very disappointing experience with Online Legal India. Initially, I was asked to pay a basic service charge and was told that any government fees would be communicated later. However, after making the payment, I started receiving unexpected calls warning me that in case there’s an objection (which they claimed has a 95% chance of happening), I would need to pay ₹14,000 + GST to hire an advocate. This was never mentioned upfront, even though I had specifically asked if there were any hidden or additional charges. On top of that, they later introduced further costs for notary and stamp paper. When I questioned them about why none of this was disclosed earlier, they had no clear response. It felt like a series of hidden costs revealed step by step, which is both misleading and unprofessional. I regret trusting them, and now my money feels stuck with no clear outcome. Please be cautious if you're considering using Online Legal India.

I paid ₹13,525 to Online Legal India in April 2025 for trademark filing. Their representative promised that an advocate would call the next day and the filing would begin within a week. Nothing happened. I followed up multiple times. No advocate. It's been over two months now. No update. No response to my emails. I have now filed a formal complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (Docket No. 7325505). Avoid this company if you value your time and money.

Best platform for the service and quick response and everything is legal

I had purchased your company registration package for ₹8999 with the promise that the registration process would be completed within two weeks. However, it has now been over two months, and my company registration is still pending, causing me serious inconvenience and financial losses as I am unable to proceed with GSTIN application and other essential business formalities. Summary of Issues Faced: 1. Excessive Delays: The initial filing itself was completed only after almost a month. Following that, I was asked to resubmit the NOC, which I provided nearly three weeks ago, yet no further action has been taken to date. 2. Lack of Communication & Accountability: My initial agent, Ms. Shania Musrip, was frequently unavailable — her phone was often switched off or she did not respond to calls. When I finally contacted her, she denied having given any assurance of a two-week completion timeline and did not take responsibility for the delay. 3. Unhelpful Agent Replacement: After repeated complaints and call requests, my agent was changed. However, the new agent is also unresponsive, repeatedly giving vague responses like "ho jaega, ho jaega", without any real progress or resolution. This entire experience has been extremely disappointing and has eroded my trust in your services. The delay has not only caused me financial loss but has also disrupted the timeline of my business operations. I request the following actions immediately: Expedite the completion of my company registration without any further delay. Provide a written update on the current status and expected completion date. Take accountability for the mishandling of my case and ensure better communication going forward.

i wont have given any star , utterly Frustrating service , the people who are assigned don't even know about E stamp . they took more than a month just to file an application for my trademark registration, after repeated escalation over call, chat, mail , everywhere possible they still didn't remove the lady who was totally clueless in my case and have been wasting my time . i have so frustrated that i am literally searching the media where i can Write about the Pathetic experience till now .

I've applied 4 a Basic food, i got the license, your fees s 1999rs but u demanded 2974 rs. u did the mis selling with me. Kindly refund the amount asap. Cheaters fraud

Worst experience only spam calls once you give them money , they try to sell you every thing every certificate they have, calls on calls , no freindly behaviour , NOREFUND , Tried there dispute section still nothing happened.

worst service, Delay in running process, the team members need to get trained well to address the issues. but finally they completed the application. Recomend to opt for 12k or 14k plan

Worst expedience They have 100 ppl calling u to get this or that done. They try to manipulate you to get multiple licences unnecessarily and get you pay more and more. There is no proper process no proper support no proper liability I have asked for refund let’s see if they atleast do that

Fake company. They charged me money and never worked on my trademark. I contacted the company CEO via Linkedin but they did not listen. They are bunch of fraud people from Kolkata. Choose Legitmate company. Once these fraudester has taken your money.. you are in their control. We have made big mistake choosing these fraudester.. you do not need.. Try and tested fraud.

At first, their representatives – Kashis Shaw and Indrajit – made firm commitments about timelines and support. But once the payment was made, everything changed. The process was repeatedly delayed without any proper explanation, and most importantly, no one bothers to pick up the phone or call back, even after multiple requests. Instead of transparent communication, they just send vague emails or raise queries without ever informing the customer directly. This lack of follow-up causes unnecessary confusion and wastes precious time. Even more troubling, they don’t provide any guidance or instructions on how to fill out crucial government forms, seemingly on purpose, so that the customer gets stuck and they can keep dragging the process longer. It feels like a deliberate tactic to stall the work, frustrate the client, and buy time without offering any real service. Avoid Online Legal India at all costs if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.
