I strongly advise against trusting Online Legal India. My experience with them has been deeply disappointing and frustrating. They were responsive and eager only until the payment stage. After I paid ₹20000 in December 2024 to proceed with a consumer case (regarding a faulty product worth ₹6,000), there has been no real progress. Despite repeated follow-ups, no lawyer has been assigned to my case, and I receive the same vague response every time — “please wait.” There is no sense of accountability, urgency, or intent to resolve the issue. Worse, they offer no refunds and simply expect customers to keep waiting indefinitely. This experience has left me disillusioned with the idea of seeking justice through such legal platforms. For a ₹6,000 issue, I have now spent over ₹20,000 with no outcome in sight. Please be cautious before engaging with such services.
