I strongly advise against using the services of Online Legal India. I had a terrible experience with them and feel compelled to share it so that others don’t fall into the same trap.
On 8th April 2025, I paid for their legal service after being pressurized by their sales team. They insisted that I must pay immediately as "time was running out" and that my case needed to be filed urgently. I was told that within 3 days I would receive a call from their advocate, and within 10 days the court hearing would begin. Trusting their words, I made the payment.
However, after the payment, no one from the legal team contacted me. I kept following up every day, but there was no progress or proper response. After a month of waiting, I asked for a refund since no service had been delivered. Shockingly, they flatly refused and were extremely rude. Their staff misbehaved and showed no concern for the client’s situation.
Now it is July, and still, there is no proper case drafting. Whatever they submitted was rejected by the court, and they do not have the knowledge or capability to fix it. I again requested a refund, but even after four months, they continue to deny it and have become even more disrespectful.
To make things worse, they are now claiming that the Indian court’s website has not been working for the past four months, which is clearly an excuse and not believable.
This entire experience has been nothing short of harassment. I have been mentally distressed by their negligence and unprofessional behavior. They are neither providing the promised services nor returning my hard-earned money.
Please do not take any services from Online Legal India. They are unprofessional, unskilled, and they harass clients instead of helping them.
