I've choose online legal help India with some expectations but they have really helped me so much with my case which inturn gave me so much of satisfaction and a belief to rely on them whenever I face an issue in online purchases, Thank you so much OLI Team.

All review are fake here , they are the fraud as they will charge you first 2300/- for trademark registration and then as you pay they will ask for 10000/- more for the trademark registration. so please do not register your trademark from them. They are the cheaters.

First, they delay the experience, then, they don't share the document format (wordlist). Later, they drop a mail saying that I am not reachable and finally, Sheikh Samim from Online Legal Senior Department calls and tries to threaten and argue unnecessarily. Please pick other vendor.

Hi All, I purchased an e- notary on 1st of April 2025 and till date no one is able to provide me the copy, it's been more than 7 days now and every time I email or call, they come up with same drafted/scripted line saying, "Apologies for the inconvenience and our expert will get back to me". But this expert cannot answer my one simple question is that how much time do we need to get a e-notary? On top of that I get to know which staff is absent today and who has left the organization, so the work is delayed. I have also purchased GST, Trademark and P tax services which is dependent on this e-notary and its been more that 16 days now for this delay from the date of purchase. No one gives you a correct picture of what is going on with the status. I feel this is kind of fraud happening, they only like to take money and don't deliver the services on time. I would urge others to be careful before taking any services from them. Else your hard money and time both will be wasted.

I am writing this review to save people(else GOD has to save): I Opted for Consumer Form Support through OLI … I sent more them 10+ mails and 50+ mail threads and 50+ discussions on phone calls(result: your money will waste, more than that your time and health will destroy). I got same mail auto response that refund not possible once paid and they said will look into issue, but won't arrange lawyer, didn't attend court hearing, and they treat this is their best service from Online Legal India. I asked N number of questions not even given proper response to single question. I observed that they will send you receipt when you pay money, as a consulting fee not as an invoice/service fee, that means we can't get the refund at any cost. Their operations/services are worst and worst as I heard recently, so be careful. I suspect it is a fake company, guys... I have wasted more than 50k. Now I am attending my case physically by attending court hearings, so be careful.

the worst experience I have ever had with “online Legal India” have been going in there. I don't know why I went in for legal service to go. I totally upset and I have been going in there for 2 months and waste our money and time and his support team all are cheaters, how the owner just imagine is an awful. They arrange an advocate that not get single call from her regarding my case. I will not tell anybody good reviews or good. The way he treats customers is unheard of. Company is fraud. See the name is online legal India but they are doing illegal.

This company is run by rank amateurs at best, if not scam artists at worst. After over 5 days of back and forth for a mistake in the order they made, I come back to square one every single day. I’m not sure if other positive reviews here are real or gamed. The content looks fake with no real experience. Several days ago I signed up for BASIC plan that includes GST registration and 3 months filing. The plan was recommended by their agent for my new company when I submitted a form at their site for service to apply for GST. However, after trying to sell other services, they put me on a yearly filing plan —which doesn’t make sense unless I apply and register for GST first. For every call, they respond that an ‘expert’ will call back in 24 hours. After explaining the issue from scratch yet another time, the ‘expert’ — if able to understand the issue, promises to resolve, but nothing happens. There is no refund or cancel option. This company looks to me to be designed to fleece innocent customers. Who are these people then giving these high ratings? EDIT: My request is under the id OLI27313584457920 EDIT 2, April 22: After nearly 20 days, the issue remains. They can’t even fix the service I have purchased. They called twice in response to this review and did nothing. This is scam!! I wish “na khaoonga, na khane doonga” becomes visible in these broad daylight robberies.

Never go with these aggregators for important services! Old ways of doing this always works the best. We assume middlemen like these will make our job easy. Never the case. Horrible experience dealing with OLI team for the past 14 days. Trying to raise a consumer complaint case and these guys have assigned us to some random lawyer (Sindhu) in bangalore. and that lawyer is absolutely useless. She is in turn asking me to wait as she is busy and that online legal india folks are troubling her with leads like me. Such arrogance. Oh btw I have paid ₹15000 + 3000 (for the first notice that was sent to the defaulter to which they did not reply. now i wonder if they even sent it or not)

Online Legal India for delivering extremely poor and unprofessional service, along with undisclosed charges that were not mentioned at the time of purchase. It has now been four days since I made the payment, and there has been no progress or meaningful response from their end. The only communication has been the transfer of my case from one representative to another, without any resolution or accountability. Additionally, I have noticed hidden charges that were never disclosed initially, which raises serious concerns about their transparency and ethics. I feel cheated and misled by their service.

Biggest scammers sitting in office. They'll make you pay the amount and then they don't do the work. Please avoid at any cost

I Made payment on 30th March Today is 5th April there is No Updates regarding my Import export License Agent called me in 1st April j said he will send me link within 30 Mnt where I have to upload document,but he didn't send anything,I try to contact customer support they cut the call , not replying properly 😠,all are scammer

The worst firm to go for, if you want to loose your money go for them. I had the worst experience and will be taking leagal actions.

For instance, my case, which began in September 2024, took over four months just for the allocation of a local advocate. The organization appears to operate more like a small call center than a professional legal service. The frequent change of representatives and their lack of case knowledge resulted in the need to repeatedly provide the same information, which was frustrating and time-consuming. The advocate team demonstrated a lack of experience and technical understanding, often providing inconsistent advice. The marketing team seemed primarily focused on securing payments rather than delivering on their promises. The escalation process was ineffective, with minimal responsiveness from the designated team. Overall, my interaction with Online Legal India has been extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not recommend their services and would caution potential clients to thoroughly evaluate their options before engaging with this firm. In my opinion, working with local advocates who demonstrate greater accountability and responsibility may be a more effective approach. In conclusion, the service provided by Online Legal India fell far below expectations and requires significant improvement to meet professional standards.

Online Legal India scammed me by falsely claiming that my trademark application had objections, pressuring me into paying for an additional class registration unnecessarily. They used misleading tactics to create a sense of urgency, making me believe I needed to act immediately. After paying, I realized that my original application was still valid, and their so-called “legal experts” had tricked me into spending extra money. Their customer service was unhelpful, refusing refunds or proper explanations. I strongly advise against using their services, as they seem more focused on making money than genuinely assisting clients with legal matters.

Worst company to work with for any sort of documentations. just pay and thier ghosting and inactive numbers and poor customer service and totally highly frictioned panel will eat your peace

Gave them 1 star for not providing service and not refunding my money, OLI admin is asking to share registered contact number or OLI ID so that they can resolve the issue. I sent them mail and I got same auto response that refund not possible and are again giving childish arguments that lawyer didn't attend hearing, not fault of Online Legal India. Useless fraud company.

It's a fake company, guys... I have wasted more than 15k... Don't be a fool
