Being a legal firm a normal person will not understand the promises made by caller from onlinelegalindia . He will realise after suffering.

What the fack services they provided, eventually we trusted on their service and wasted our money on their service and with in a half and hour they called us to give more money so we do not send them money and request for our refund which we pay before the service. It would be 2389. We try to connect all the staff members in this company but they did not reply us! So we started to arrgue with them but they not take calls and revert back email. so please do not take trust on them.

I rarely write reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough to warrant one. I had the worst experience with this GST filing service. From start to finish, it was a nightmare.

SCAM COMPANY. They don't even start the work after payment. No refund as well. So i am stuck without service and without refund.

Please be aware These people will take money and it's not guaranteed that you will get service you are looking for. They will make you wait , ask for more time , much more time, still need more time Then after if you request to refund It takes infinite amount of times to refund Your money is gone That it Accept it and move on...

Even after raising concerns there is no reply. They have taken money to represent me via a local attorney in Consumer Forum. The appointed lawyer says he has no such information. Still after raising the concern they are no returning my money. Voltas have looted by providing inferior material and OnlineLegalIndia have looted by assuring that they will fight in consumer court and took away the money.

No help from any team, they take ages to contact the customer after taking the money. Once you have paid the money to OLI, forget it. Nothing comes back, these people are just scammers in the name of justice. They do not help you. Instead just ask for more money and give false assurance that they will resolve the case. DO NOT go for this, better go to the consumer court directly and that might help.

They are just making money by fraud, for simple GSTN number they forced me to take everything which is not even required for individual business owner. Every time new person call and ask for same detail. But actually no one is working on your request. I have still not getting receipt of my payments.

They are 100% cheater ..first they call you and take money from you and then they say they will call you in one day for documentation and then next day they call you and they pretend they want to save your money and they give you lots of advices in free so you can register with them for some more registration and they can take more money from your pocket once they get money they just disappeared and then they never shown up

Fraudulent, Unprofessional & Heartless I paid @OnlineLegalIndia for company incorporation services and FSSAI in December 2024, but all I got was lies, delays, and zero results since today (17.04.2025). Here’s why you should RUN from this scam: NO SERVICE DELIVERED – Despite taking my money, they ghosted me after payment. BLOCKED COMPLAINTS – They disable Google reviews and delete negative feedback (proof attached). FAKE PROMISES – Senior executives lied about "priority support." NO REFUNDS – They ignore refund requests despite not delivering anything. BEWARE: This company preys on small business owners who trust them. I lost time, money, and business opportunities because of their fraud. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Instead, use @IndiaFiling (they actually delivered in 1 day!). Demand: FULL REFUND + Compensation for mental harassment.

Using their GST making service looks good for now.

Worst service.they are sending same payment link again and again. I paid twice still didn't receive refund. I approach for FSSAI licence. They received full money but after that didn't reply to query in portal. If you call they didn't reply. No mail reply. So got frosted and did reply query by my self and got licance. Dont subscribe this guys. Just making money no service.

Very late process , Non responsive and even sime trade mark filing has done in 15 days and when we are trying get the update no one gave any proper response and only one number for point of contact

These people charge too much. It will be better. Consult your CA.
