Nightmare dealing with amateurs
This company is run by rank amateurs at best, if not scam artists at worst. After over 5 days of back and forth for a mistake in the order they made, I come back to square one every single day. I’m not sure if other positive reviews here are real or gamed. The content looks fake with no real experience. Several days ago I signed up for BASIC plan that includes GST registration and 3 months filing. The plan was recommended by their agent for my new company when I submitted a form at their site for service to apply for GST. However, after trying to sell other services, they put me on a yearly filing plan —which doesn’t make sense unless I apply and register for GST first. For every call, they respond that an ‘expert’ will call back in 24 hours. After explaining the issue from scratch yet another time, the ‘expert’ — if able to understand the issue, promises to resolve, but nothing happens. There is no refund or cancel option. This company looks to me to be designed to fleece innocent customers. Who are these people then giving these high ratings? EDIT: My request is under the id OLI27313584457920 EDIT 2, April 22: After nearly 20 days, the issue remains. They can’t even fix the service I have purchased. They called twice in response to this review and did nothing. This is scam!! I wish “na khaoonga, na khane doonga” becomes visible in these broad daylight robberies.
