one of the worst choice for trademark or legal process, Local cyber people are better entire company filled uneducated lazy employees no one taking accountability for the issue and literally no update regarding process even you self asking with then they won't respond

They are worried about their payment nobody cares about your issue I made payment 15 days back but still no legal person talked to me about my issue and my issue is same as it was before without this illegal online service. No body called me to know the status of the issue. I will not recommend to opt thier services at all. Very pathetic service and response

Please don't use online legal india. These people are just misguideing & taking the money and after that they won't even refund the money & staff is really very rude & arrogant, they don't have a proper knowledge. I have lost my 4k because of these people.

I have done the payment on 24 Feb 2025 for ₹943, but till yet my GST is not processed, and there is no communication from the team. I called them on 08069029400, they say, there is some problem in your documents, but the fact is no one has asked for the documents till date. I have full proofs of payment, and have confirmation email from them

Now I came to know that these people are fraud too... they played with my emotions and took 2300 hundred from me. And now they are just fooling in every sense. My time and money both wasted. This is the worst experience in my life. I want my money back if you can not proceed further and in the beginning you people had said that there will be no hidden charges

This website itself should be sued for fake advertising for handling consumer complaints. On their page they showcase a small Professional fees like 1499+GST. One feels like this is the money that will be charged to handle your case. But your case is then transferred to a lawyer who will start with a fees 10x this fees to handle your case. This is never mentioned by onlinelegalindia while enrolling you. After speaking to customer care it was told that it is the lawyer’s fee which will be repaid after winning the case and this will be the last charge that will be taken. But no, the lawyers will keep asking for more money at every stage like affidavit filing charges, this charge and that charge. All these charges will make your amount paid to the lawyers become at least 10x than your dispute amount. The lawyers to whom this is outsourced are also not of good quality. It is companies like these that make a common man distrust the legal system.

These people are bigger frauds. They just help in raising complains with cyber cell and they vanish. Please don't trust these people.

Worst experience with online legal india, at the start they will make a sweet talks with you like the case is gonna resolve easily, and after some days they will ask now for further process you need to pay 13k 15k to proceed further. But my god its a biggest scam ever going on. In ecommerce services these days

Beware of this company – Potential Fraud! I had a terrible experience with this company. After registering and making the payment on March 9, 2025, for legal assistance in filing a complaint against Amazon.in, they completely stopped responding. Despite their promise to address my issue before March 12, 2025, no lawyer was ever assigned to my case. Their chat service appears to be an automated bot, and their customer support for existing users is unresponsive. Multiple attempts to reach them via calls and messages have gone unanswered. I strongly advise others to be cautious before trusting this company. If you’re considering using their services, think twice and do thorough research to avoid losing your money like I did. If the company sees this review, I urge them to resolve my issue immediately. Otherwise, I will be forced to escalate the matter further through consumer protection agencies.
