Thanks to Online Legal India team to solve my problem.

It seems like a fake service. When I made the payment, they assured me the issue would be resolved. However, after the payment, they claimed that no one was accepting the legal notice. They should have known whether such issues could be resolved instead of just collecting a fee of approximately ₹3,600. After the payment, they stopped answering calls and refused to provide further assistance. Such a terrible service.

I have applied for GST registration on 3rd March and uploaded all required documents onto their portal on 4th March. I have been assigned an agent named Papiya Bhadra and her given phone number 8069091213 is invalid and unreachable when tried to connect her. No other alternative contact options given to customers. When I tried to raise my concerns through their Feedback, Complaint tabs through their portal, I found them very interesting as they dont work at all. I haven't received any call from this team since I received their email assuring me that their Docs Team has verified my documents and transferred for processing. I must wait for call from the Filing Team within 24 working hours but till now, I haven't received any call. I have had bad experience with other popular online platforms and I assume that all these online service providers are same. Once they receive their fees, we see their real face. I should have better approached a local service provider for my GST registration than online fraud companies who have employed many inefficient agents in their workshop to canvas customers and doing nothing.

it is a fake company who showed as government organisation...they take money but totally fraud.. don't trust..

They are just doing fraud, this is my personal experience. I lost some amount paid for fssai

Dear Mr. Abid, We would like to reiterate that when we initially proceeded with the trademark registration, we were clearly informed that only one application fee was required. At no point was it mentioned that separate payments for Wordmark and Device Mark would be necessary. If there was a possibility of additional charges due to brand name similarity, this should have been communicated upfront before accepting our payment, not after the process had already begun. Changing terms after payment and then requesting additional amounts creates a lack of transparency and trust. As per our agreement and the payment already made, we expect the trademark application to be processed as originally promised without any additional charges. If you are unable to proceed under the agreed terms, then we request a full refund immediately. Please confirm your decision at the earliest. If this issue remains unresolved today, we will be left with no choice but to escalate this matter to the relevant legal and consumer protection authorities. We look forward to a swift and fair resolution.

Worst app they charges you only for sending legal notice and after that they will ask for more charges to hire a lawyer for your case. Don't go through them otherwise you will only suffer

mene aaj 12 baje is company ko payment kiya 2600 rupay trade mark register karne ke liye 6 hour ho gaye kaise koi work start nahi huva very bad serives koi apni inse serives na le.

Wrost Services where they lack in service, i have paid amlost 20k amount and its been more than 40 days not even one lawyer has contacted me. Now after so many followups they want to assign me a lawyer, these days are you guys sleeping THIS IS A COMPLETE FAKE ORGANIZATION IN THE NAME OF ONLINE LEAGAL INDIA.

Good company , good team, good process but only one issue that is follow up. You only need to work on followups.

What a waste of time n money they will never revert after u pay them every time u call them their system is down n u will never get a call back frm them fraud . Think twice before you believe them
