Online Legal India has mixed reviews from customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about communication and customer service.
I have reported about scam and it's been 60days they're responding and helping too and sudeshna sarkar one of the member truly doing her best to help me out. Having high hopes from one legal team

Sales team is too much experienced try to sell anything dont listen, however work done on normal basis took 2 weeks for IEC Code, but everyone try to upsell even if we say no, not friendly behaviour

I trusted Online Legal India after they promised my registration would be completed in 15 days. Based on this, I made multiple payments — but even after more than a month, the work is still pending. They even collected duplicate payments under different names for the same service, which they later admitted in a call and promised to refund. They also assured me they’d complete the process immediately. It’s now been over 7 days since that promise, and nothing has been done. No updates. No refund. Just more silence. To make things worse, I kept getting sales calls pressuring me to pay again under new labels, clearly trying to exploit the situation instead of solving it. I’ve officially cancelled the service and asked for a full refund (minus the fee for work done so far). Still waiting.
