Great support was provided to services with ease
Would not suggest OLI. Had complained about a fraud which took place with me in the month of December. They charged 1400 rs and said if not satisfied with their services amount would be refundable. To be very honest, I neither utilized their services nor found it helpful. Despite being assured that I would receive proper legal assistance, I was not connected to the assigned advocate. My requests for refund has also been ignored.
Worst company. They only want to upsell. The executives do not know difference between one person company and sole proprietorship. They will lie to you that you need other services as well. Please don't trust this company. It is a waste of time and money.
I registered for Will services. I gave them a template and said this is what I am looking for in the Will. They took about 1.5 months to even work and share the 1st draft of the Will which was incorrect. After repeated mails, they assigned a new lawyer. This lawyer again sent a standard template rather than looking at my requirement. That's when I noticed that none of the lawyers were working for onlinelegalindia, they were all random people with gmail ids! So they just outsource the work to someone who doesn't even care what we want. And then they stopped responding & no refund was given. One of the worst websites! They process your application, but after that, you can never reach the person who assisted you. Every time you contact them, a new representative comes in, and you have to explain your entire situation from scratch. Please avoid using their services for any licensing policies. I lost ₹5000 due to their poor service.

I came to know about online legal India through Google while I was searching for government consumer court complaint ,then I contacted them for zivame refund of just 1355/-, they initially asked to pay 1789/- I paid,but I don't know zivame has already returned my money,but due to some problem with bank server I didn't not get the refund Now I received the payment from zivame Before that itself OLI said next step I have to pay for lawyer for sending legal notice from court that I paid 11639/- Now no process has been done from OLI,since I got my refund from zivame Now at last OLI is not returning my amount of 14000/- which is 10 times more than the zivame amount. Refund my money asap of 14000/- OLI
Your escalation team is not doing anything; rather, they are asking for more money. I will take legal action against you; I want my refund ASAP, Instead of writing the same message, ask your team to refund my money, as I haven't received any support from you.

I have called the support team and raised several callback requests, but the only response I got was that the team would be calling back in 24 hours, however, haven't received any response several weeks down the line. I had 3 negative reviews concerning my previous complaint which I had been asked to be taken down by some third party 'Fastinfogroup' which promised better and prompt service (Falsely promised). I have taken a service for filing GST returns for 3 months as a trial however got a notice saying that returns haven't been filed, now there is more delay due to no response. My OLI22568629416391

Similar to other online scam companies, I contacted them to file a case against Reliance Retail, and they initially took 12k from me, then requested an additional 3k, yet they never filed my case. I also wrote to the CEO, but no one has filed the case even after 9-10 months. They are just cheap online fraudsters.
