Absolutely rubbish experience. I will not be using you again

Pretty rubbish experience. I ordered some medication for next day delivery, online it stated it was in stock and I'd get it within 2 days I believe. Sure I ordered January first and it being the first day of the year I didn't expect it next day. I then get an email the day I was told it would arrive that it is out of stock and they are unsure when it will be back in stock. I received a refund for the postage I paid for but nothing for the product, becaise at the time i still expected it to arrive within a sensible time frame. As of Januray 9th I am yet to receive any new communication about a refund I messaged them back about, or the whereabouts of my product. I tried again on the 3rd to order click and collect through superdrug too, because that was in stock in store, but it got cancelled almost immediately because it was a 'repeat prescription.' If you are capable of cancelling an order almost 10 mins after you receive it where is the communication back to me about my refund. I will not be using superdrug doctor again I am disappointed beyond measure. Might aswell burn my money, I went to boots instead and got what I needed within 5 mins. Do better and communicate more.

This is a brilliant service to have

This is a brilliant service to have. Especially as getting an appointment with my GP has been proven very difficult the last couple years. I suffer from asthma and the fact I was able to get my inhaler in a few days was great and put my mind at rest.

I am very thankful that they help me so…

I am very thankful that they help me so quickly with medicine when I was feeling so bad and I didn’t wait to long for the prescription so I can start my medicine straight away, And in a few days after taking them I was feeling good. Very good service and very quick that make people life much more easier. And will continue to use super drug online doctor when needed. Thank you a lot .

Fast & Efficient

I remembered last minute that I would need some medication, a week before Christmas, as luck would have it. Rather than wasting precious GPs time I used the online service. It was a thorough & comprehensive questionnaire, all bases covered, which went to a Dr to review. The following day i had an outcome and a day after that my medication was ready for collection. Very impressed at the efficiency and speed of the service I received. Would highly recommend as much easier than seeing your GP, when applicable.

Unreliable Uncommunicative Poor service

I placed an order on 17.12.24. On 20.12.24 order status showed that my order was ‘done’. However on 30.12.24 I had still not received anything. I found it very difficult to find a way to contact the company to ask what’s happening. I eventually put a message on the ‘ask doctor’ space which was really for ordering items. A couple of days later a message came back on that channel (that I had to dig for again) to say I would receive order ‘in the next few days’. 7 days later and still nothing received and no further update. I am now waiting for a refund after cancellation of my order. I would NEVER recommend this service. Very unreliable, uncommunicative and very difficult to contact for help.
