Multiple items out of stock after my order was placed. I was asked to pick up one from the pharmacy and was then told it was unavailable after I arrived (and had made a special trip). Took a few days for a refund and communication not straightforward.

Went through the hassle of setting up online which involved driving 30 mins each way to weigh myself, and other things. To get as approved account and only to then have my order cancelled because they didn’t have the medication in stock. Update after Superdrug reply: Again, please look at your CX because I wasn’t given the option the pick up from a pharmacy where this was stocked, it was approved by the online doctor after a big hassle to get the images requested, and then immediately cancelled. So to reiterate, either have customer service operates that can signpost customers who have already paid and done the leg work to a more satisfactory outcome or use the website to explain and signpost customers better. Still saying in stock online. Terrible customer experience.

Medicine out of stock, no communication dispute taking my phone number twice. Had to make 5 trips to the store ti get my full dosage, massive waste of my time. Could of been avoided

I was very disappointed I don’t receive an email to say my prescription had been delivered to the pharmacy 🥲Took a chance and went in and ask even though it said not to 🙄Just as well as it was there apart from that very good 👍
