Appalling experience
Pharmacy sent me away for an hour adamant that my order "did not exist". On return no explanation for that issue, but did accept my order did exist but they didn't have the item; didn't help at all even though it is easily substituted; didn't engage with the issue at all, just repeatedly told me "we don't have it" and left me without the prescription over Christmas. Customer service didn't engage or respond to my issue at all.

Poor support service
Sent a message 4 days ago asking a question about a medication I bought online, I still have had no reply, even though the service says you will get a reply within 24-48 hours. It seems once they have your order they are not interested in giving the support they say is available.

I called the Superdrug Online Doctor at the last minute because Boots online doctor had disappointed me and I needed to travel... First, a human answered the telephone almost immediately - a triumph in this day and age. Next, Sevim (the assistant who answered the line) could not have been more pleasant, professional, understanding and flexible. She went so far as to call around nearby pharmacies to ensure they had the medicine. Due to the special circumstances, she helped to get the prescription sorted ASAP. The entire process was made as painless and efficient as possible. Super staff, Super service. I'm so grateful.
