Easy, flawless transaction. Excellent service as I needed some medication I had ran out of and couldn’t get appointment at the doctors. (Sadly this is more and more difficult to get to see or even to speak to a doctor at my surgery) The online doctor service is truly amazing. Prompt service and delivery. Couldn’t fault this service from start to finish and would truly recommend

The website promised that the doctor will review order in 5-6 hours and normally faster. Ordered Monday evening, Now Wed evening nothing happened. Call their support which took over 20 mins to put through, I mentioned that ordered 2 days ago and nothing happend, the support said that there is currently a delay up to 48 hours. I said it is going to be over 48 hours, then he said the delay is up to 72 hours. He was just making up excuses. I pointed out that he said up to 48 hours 1 min ago. He then said that "do you want me to message the doctor and ask him to review your order first thing in the morning, or do you want me to cancel the order and refund". He was not been sympathic, nor been honest. Update: On Thursday, I waited untill 11am, nothing happened. So again, the person sent message asked the doctor to review my order first thing in the morning had no effect. The doctor still did not review my order. I called Superdrug again, the women on the phone said if the doctor reviewed my order by the end of Thursday, I could still get my order on Monday next week. (That would be one week from ordering) But she does not know when the doctor will review my order. I asked her to cancel my order. After cancel my order with Superdrug, I order the same item from Boots online immediately. On the same day, Boots reviewed my order, dispatched to store. Friday Morning my order is ready for me to collect from my local store. So less than one day from order to collection for Boots. Whereas, Superdrug took 3 days cannot even passed the 1st stage which is reviewing my order, especially if you consider that I chased them 3 times by messaging once and telephoned them twice. Bad Bad Service! Never buying from Superdrug again.

Easy to use website , form was a bit long but hopefully won’t have to fill that in again Had orginal prescription from boots but it was ti much hassle to reorder so came to Superdrug purely as the website was so much better . Likedtvst I could see the progress of the prescription
