Bought herringbone carpet. Couldn’t get the same colour anywhere else. Any similar colours elsewhere were much dearer

Good service
Ordered 4 carpets of the same type and colour. One had an oil stain and one wasn’t the wrong size and had boom damage. The damaged one was exchanged but the replacement wasn’t the same colour or pile. Numerous samples sent to try and match the original order but nothing did. Still don’t understand why the replacement carpet wasn’t the same quality as the original. Asked for someone to come out to assess the replacement but they don’t send anyone even though they have a big online company. Based on my experience I would not have confidence using this company again and would not recommend. Also agree with some of the other reviews about delivery sending a one person delivery and expecting customer to assist with delivery.

Excellent service from placing the order right through to the delivery. *Great value, quality carpet (£8 less per metre than local showroom!). *Good communications about the progress of the delivery. *And the delivery man kindly made sure that the carpet was placed out of the way for me.
