Good selection and prices but make sure you get it all right 1st time and check all delivered items as the customer service does not exist. It took 2 days to respond to an email, online chat is really a message box which they intend to reply withing 24hrs and trying to get through on a phone is mission impossible. 15 attempts - zero answered.
I am really happy with the carpet I ordered. It arrived on time, was exactly as described and the quality was good. The colour and texture were just like on the photos and it perfectly fits in the space. Would definitely recommend
