Great delivery on time and were very helpful

Good products at excellent prices. Delivery within a few days and very good customer service

I ordered carpet from them multiple times. When a really inferior quality came, unlike the first 3 or so orders, rather than send the right carpet, I was told that actually, all the prior orders were wrong and the last inferior product was the right carpet and the gall to then say they would not ask me to pay extra for an incorrect order.

I found the perfect vinyl in a carpet shop, but when I went to order it they were out of stock so I looked online with the code of that vinyl and found online carpets. They had exactly what I wanted plus at least £10 per Sm cheaper. I also ordered the glue, the freshold strips and some underlay for another room. I will definitely use this company again.

AVOID!!! The customer service is very poor. They take days to get back to you. I paid £20 delivery and told delivery within 2-5 days but it kept getting delayed. No answer and finally they book in it and reply. Was too late for me as I needed it by a certain date. Even though they had not processed the order they ignored my request to cancel. I'm sure it'll be fun returning them!

Customer Service is awful, nobody deals with your problem, waste of time. Basically they do not hold any stock of carpet and VERY UNLIKELY to have what you order. Wasted 2 weeks of my time. You can find the same carpets online, cheaper!! AVOID

Totally unsatisfied in the delivery. Can you image my carpet was opened and repacked in a rough and casual way? That's my experience. I ordered 4 items, 3 of them arrived at 18 April, and the last one arrive today 28 April, I guess most people install their carpet carpet in one go? or you do it incrementally? And after first 3 items delivered, the Fulfillment Status of my second order is Fulfilled, but one carpet was missing at the time, it's not delivered. And the most terrible thing happened is that, when I received my last piece of carpet today, it's terrible, it must have been opened and used then repacked after I request to send my last piece carpet, because: Some of the tape on the packaging has been opened, some part of the carpet is exposed outside, the exposed part looks dirty, the package isn't even a cylinder, it must not have be rolled up by a machine, it's packaged in wrong direction (FYI, I ordered a 5 meter carpet, the package length is definitely not 5 meters). Let me know how to upload images, I'll show you!!!!!! For now, please check my profile image for reference. Edit (Follow-up): Although the terrible experience at the beginning, the customer service really did the job well after I complained, they refund my money for the specific item mentioned above, and give me some extra money for compesation. Not so bad, and hope they could do better.

Very unhelpful! The driver left the carpet on the pavement he refused to help to push it inside my house as they are not allowed to enter property. All he had to do was to stand outside and push the roll inside, whilst me pulling it inside. Hopefully is not raining today until I will have someone to help me getting it inside. I had another delivery from online carpets last summer and the driver was very kind and helped me to get the carpet inside. Today’s driver totally ignorant and unhelpful.

I’ve used this company a few times for myself and for other people who I’ve fitted carpets for. The prices and service are fantastic and always really fast and friendly delivery. Highly recommend, and will be buying from them again very soon.
