Terrible delivery (but good customer service)
Totally unsatisfied in the delivery. Can you image my carpet was opened and repacked in a rough and casual way? That's my experience. I ordered 4 items, 3 of them arrived at 18 April, and the last one arrive today 28 April, I guess most people install their carpet carpet in one go? or you do it incrementally? And after first 3 items delivered, the Fulfillment Status of my second order is Fulfilled, but one carpet was missing at the time, it's not delivered. And the most terrible thing happened is that, when I received my last piece of carpet today, it's terrible, it must have been opened and used then repacked after I request to send my last piece carpet, because: Some of the tape on the packaging has been opened, some part of the carpet is exposed outside, the exposed part looks dirty, the package isn't even a cylinder, it must not have be rolled up by a machine, it's packaged in wrong direction (FYI, I ordered a 5 meter carpet, the package length is definitely not 5 meters). Let me know how to upload images, I'll show you!!!!!! For now, please check my profile image for reference. Edit (Follow-up): Although the terrible experience at the beginning, the customer service really did the job well after I complained, they refund my money for the specific item mentioned above, and give me some extra money for compesation. Not so bad, and hope they could do better.
