The worst customer service …
This company does what is it wants and has total disregard for communicating with customers. Fails to give customers choice in terms of partial refunds or replacements. The delivery service is shocking poor - our carpet arrived half unraveled, muddy and wet! My advice is to avoid this company - the money you think you are saving will be spent in time trying to get responses from a customer service department that would benefit from a complete overhaul!
