Absolutely fabulous sandals, super comfy and not a mark on them! And who wouldn't love getting them for half price! I might need the tan pair 😁

I purchased a new pair of women's trainers on 16 May. Two pairs of men's trainers arrived instead. One whole month and 13 emails later: No trainers; No refund; No apology; 3 failed pick-ups of the men's trainers by Yodel; and no way of escalating to a senior manager to resolve. And now I am told that I will not get a refund until an unknown gentleman returns my misdirected order too. Looking at the one star reviews this company clearly has major problems in its operations that have gone on for years.

It's been over 6 working days still haven't got my refund, for damaged sandles.

I would give zero. This may be a scam company or having a bad week but my order has still now been delivered on a next day service. It’s been 4 days. They keep saying there is an address issue with Yodel. Which is nonsense because I’ve confirmed it 2 times already. Offcuts have no telephone so be warned. You need to wait 24 hours for them to email you back. If you want a smooth process that’s hassle free just pay the extra £10 and buy them in a shop.

What a fantastic way to help the Unemployed people of the UK in these times of hardship. Depending on the grade you require they do an ingenious way of grading the footwear to be sold. I have purchased 2 pairs of trainers the last being an off-white pair of Adidas hi-tops, and they are brilliant, really comfortable. I know where to come the next time. An Easy website to maneuver through and the secure payment is brilliant. Many thanks given to Offcuts shoes 10/10.

Bought some Veja trainers. The colourway was the opposite to what was pictured. So instead of mostly black they were mostly white. I returned them. But my postage both ways should have been refunded as it was their mistake but it was not. They've lost nothing but I'm out of pocket by £8 because they sent me the wrong product. Avoid.

Wonderful shoes for wonderful price

Brilliant prices on very good quality footwear. Would prefer if delivery could be to a safe space. Left with neighbour who then went on holiday!

Can't fault the service I received with my order. Saved approx £40 (30%) of RRP, and the Birkenstocks I received were absolutely immaculate. Order to delivery was about 3 days, which I expected with not paying for fast delivery, and I was kept informed of progress the whole time. Will definitely be using Offcuts again.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I placed an order with Offcut Shoes on 30th June. The tracking from Yodel claimed it was delivered, but I never received the parcel. From that point on, my experience with Offcut Shoes has been nothing short of disgraceful. I contacted them immediately to explain I hadn’t received my order, yet instead of taking responsibility, they insisted it had been delivered and made me go back and forth via email for weeks with every single human who works in that customer service team. They then made me fill out a “non-receipt” disclaimer form for an investigation as if I was the one at fault. It is now 10th August and I have still not been refunded. The parcel has never turned up, yet the way I’ve been treated has been unbelievably rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. The customer service is shockingly poor no urgency, no accountability, and no resolution. They keep acting as though I’ve received the parcel when I haven’t, and have shown no concern for the fact that I’ve been left out of pocket for over six weeks. I will now be taking legal action because this is completely unacceptable. I would never recommend this company to anyone if something goes wrong with your order, don’t expect them to care or resolve it.

I would not trust the the grading of these shoes. I received a pair of ‘great condition G2’ shoes today. One was marked as expected but also heavily faded not ‘slightly faded’ and had also been scrubbed as could feel due to the suede being rough in texture compared to the non affected shoe. A real shame. Attempted contacting customer service but had generic response which didn’t actually address my concerns.

I ordered two pairs of shoes, but was told after my order was accepted and paid for, that one pair was no longer available. Even so, the full delivery cost was still applied, and if I choose an alternative pair then delivery will apply to those too.
