Such a shame! I love(d) the concept of this and have had some great shoes out of it. I have spent a good couple of thousand pounds with this company. The customer 'service' however is APPALLING! I requested, through YODEL (which I also despise), to change my delivery option. They accepted. All was meant to be well. They since delivered my parcel to a neighbour who I dont know while I am away. This is causing stress! I know my neighbour is moving out and YODEL overrode my decision without my consent. Upon telling the team at OFFCUTS, they could not give a crud! Dismissive, negligent, useless, ignorant... They have active gone out there way to be awkward and unhelpful giving no hecks about the fact that the delivery has gone to someone else. They dont answer my questions, dont care that I am out of pocket and have asked me to return the parcel for a refund. Honestly they are showing such stupidity. I asked to speak to a manager. They wouldn't do that. I asked to speak to complaints department. They dismissed that also. I feel really sad that they have treated me this way and just don't care at all. They have offered no help and just told me to speak to my bank. I'd really ut me off and this is really some of the worst customer service I have encountered. I don't know what to do.I shouldn't be having to do anything really! Update: they told me they would send Yodel round to get the parcel and it would take 48 hours. What a lie! No one came and no one had got in touch and no one had refunded me or responded. What horrible customer 'service'. They just blag you by publicly pretending to care because even after the below comment none had bothered to check in with me. Nearly £300 disappeared!
Both boots the wrong size. Ordered a 3 and 4 got two size 6's. Very poor

I received my adidas shoes from Offcuts within 5 days, they were in near perfect condition and are absolutely perfect. Fast shipping and correct order received - I’ll definitely purchase from them again! :)
Brand new trainers but not finished off properly so makes them look cheap
Ordered some Birkenstock clogs, described as having a few marks but being good condition. I opened the box and found them to look in almost perfect condition! Result! However, on putting them on, could immediately tell they’d been cut wrong (I own 2 pairs already, so know the shoe well). There would be no way these could be worn without rubbing and cutting into your upper foot at the sides. This had not been noted in the description, I was led to believe the issue with these was cosmetic, not structural. I explained this in an email as I don’t believe I should have to pay for return postage as they were not as described and are unwearable. I was told they may or may not issue a refund on postage. I cannot wear them at all so returned. I was refunded but not for the postage, despite explaining on a note in the box what the issue was and referencing my email (which had detailed photos of the issue, which as its structural, is tricky to demonstrate). Extremely disappointing as I’ve now wasted money and my time, to re post, on shoes not as described. I would have been a loyal customer here, as I love the shop concept and would happily purchase less than perfect shoes if I can save money. However if when a legitimate structural issue is noticed by the customer and reported, and ignored, I won’t be repurchasing sadly.
After reading reviews about returning purchases I was sceptical about buying from this site but took the chance. So glad I did. I bought Ugg goldenstar sandals which retail at £110 on all other sites for £66. The sandals themselves were in perfect condition box was ‘battered’ but as this didnt make a difference to condition of the sandals I couldn’t care less !
Terrible customer service, I ordered three pairs of shoes, they attempted to deliver them, but I was unfortunately not home at the time. Instead of trying to re-deliver them or leave them in a safe place they were sent back and now there is no sign of my purchase. Office said they can’t find my order on their system (that email thread stopped after one response), the online chat isn’t working and there’s no phone number. I have no idea what to do next. £85 out of pocket and no shoes. I’m hoping they respond to this review. Couldn’t be more disappointed with a shop I used to trust.

The Barbour Boots I ordered were good value and as described online. There were only a couple of minor marks which were unnoticeable. The fit was good. They arrived speedily and the shipping costs were reasonable.

I am not happy at all, For the 3rd time ordering shoes from you and receiving a smaller size. Ordered UK size 9 for ladies only to receive 41 which don't fit. This is not fair at all. Please fix this because it costs a lot to send them back

Would rate zero if possible. I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but this took the absolute piss. I ordered a pair of trainers for my birthday, but I received some black boots instead… Multiple back and forth on emails as that’s their only way of contact (which takes multiple days for a response every time), been passed from person to person and the issue has still not been resolved. I even paid out of my own pocket to return these boots and I’m still yet to receive a refund for the item itself. There has been no acknowledgement other than please wait 3-5 business days… It’s been weeks…: Steer clear. The worst customer experience I have ever had.
