Absolutely Appalling Service – Still No Refund After 6 Weeks
If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I placed an order with Offcut Shoes on 30th June. The tracking from Yodel claimed it was delivered, but I never received the parcel. From that point on, my experience with Offcut Shoes has been nothing short of disgraceful. I contacted them immediately to explain I hadn’t received my order, yet instead of taking responsibility, they insisted it had been delivered and made me go back and forth via email for weeks with every single human who works in that customer service team. They then made me fill out a “non-receipt” disclaimer form for an investigation as if I was the one at fault. It is now 10th August and I have still not been refunded. The parcel has never turned up, yet the way I’ve been treated has been unbelievably rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. The customer service is shockingly poor no urgency, no accountability, and no resolution. They keep acting as though I’ve received the parcel when I haven’t, and have shown no concern for the fact that I’ve been left out of pocket for over six weeks. I will now be taking legal action because this is completely unacceptable. I would never recommend this company to anyone if something goes wrong with your order, don’t expect them to care or resolve it.
