Great prices, good accurate descriptions and pictures. Never needed to use customer services, and never returned anything. Not going to mention how many times I have purchased 😅

i ordered a nice pair of court shoes and was sent a pair of trainers 2 sizes bigger because they got mine and another customers order mixed up. when i messaged them and asked for another pair to be sent they said they had to wait for my pair to be returned. i explained i had ordered them to wear to a funeral only days away, made no difference. i then asked for a refund and was told again i have to wait for the shoes to be returned. i explained i was worried about this as i could be waiting weeks for the customer to return them, if they return them at all, yet again made no difference. i would never order from them again and would not recommend them.

SCAM Scam all the way. Order some boots never turned up emailed loads of times asking for refund and they had the cheeky to say when they get returned they will refund me How can I return something what didn't turn up dip**** Avoid stealing people bank details and personal information fraudulent and fake business When refund is In bank I will change my review

Have always loved offcuts and never had any issues. However recently they sent me the wrong item and told me they would refund me once I sent back (including postage fees). Sent the item back, so far no refund for either. They ended up sending the original product back to me (even though they said they wouldn’t) which is very annoying as I repurchased the same product as they said they wouldn’t be sending. So now I have 2 pairs of the same shoes. I need to now make a return again but I haven’t even received the refund for the first return postage. Their customer service don’t read the emails - I’ve had the sent the postage receipts twice - and obviously aren’t checking info before they send it to you. Just all very annoying and inconvenient.

I would never purchase again from this company parcel shows as delivered but it wasn’t and trying to get it sorted out is disgraceful there is a lack of customer service message thought messenger and no reply try online chat can’t speak to anyone my first order and will be my last just sort this out and reply instead of ignore people 257577 is the order

First time using Offcuts. Made a bulk order of boots, shoes & sandals, value nearly £200.00. Delivery arrived on time in a sturdy box. Contents were as described and all in excellent condition. However none of the items fitted my feet. I have wide feet and the width of the products would be a great addition to the website to aid choice of items for purchasers. Items were removed and sent back which cost £16.00. The refund of the items was made swiftly minus the cost of Delivery to me of £3.99, so I've spent £20.00 and have nothing to show for it, so only a 3* review.

I love browsing on this site! I have purchased many several pairs of trainers and summer sandals. I am very satisfied with my goods received. Every item described well. And the prices are good. Delivery is really quick ! I .ove getting my parcels and am p.eased with all my purchases.l love it!

Service and affordable price

I purchased through offcuts with delivery through Yodel and Inpost - the item did not get delivered, but between yodel and offcuts they refused to acknowledge the issue or try and resolve. Now i'm going through my bank to get a refund and I would never buy through offcuts again because their customer service team are useless.

Have made 3 purchased and was very pleased with the quality of the items. Delivery was good too. Will order again.

Have bought here multiple times but the sizing on 3 pairs of shoes were so off. I’m usually a 7 but these fit like a 6. The quality was good but sizing being off meant I had to pay for delivery here and back. A lot of wasted money

Fantastic service and delivered in good time too and saved me some money as they was out of stock and when they came back in stock they was reduced in price so I was even more pleased for that as I would of paid the full price had they been in stock only a week earlier.

Arrived quickly

Recieved my order within 3 days, was expecting a slight flaw due to being a third of the price! But can’t fault them at all! Immaculate! I’m am so very pleased with my purchase, I will order again Tracey
