Worst experience ever. After repeatedly telling them by email and phone that I will pursue an EV vehicle if I deem the cost suitable they repeatedly email and ring me. Even thought I told them I will check here and there to see if a deal is available which I can afford then I will ring myself, still keep receiving phone calls. Not going to even bother checking anymore.

Warning Check the T&Cs yourself, do not rely on getting the correct information from the advisor team. I done a quote on their website, and straight away I was contacted by an advisor. A Very friendly response I must say. However I asked a few questions about the T&C’s, and was given details that contradict what is stated on their website. (Luckily I decided to read all T&C’s myself. Which included Cancellation fee’s eg: if you wanted to end contract early. Also they WILL deliver to Northern Ireland, but they do NOT collect cars from Northern Ireland, only from UK mainland. I was told they would deliver and “pick up” at start and end of lease. It wasn’t explained that different rules apply to Northern Ireland. This can be found on the website however. It always pays to make sure and READ the T&C’s yourself. I imagine a lot of people won’t have, and will be too late once the contract is signed. Also be careful as in the small print all cars come with telematics (BLACK BOX).
Seamless as well as painless experience , and we were kept informed at all times . Throughout the process the communication was excellent and the availability of Octopus Staff likewise . Everything was on schedule and delivery handover was impressive

We’ve just returned our Tesla after a 3-year lease through Octopus Energy and have received a bill for over £2,000 for scuffs and scratches. There is no major damage – just what we’d honestly consider normal wear and tear after three years of careful use. . I’ll try to attach photos – but this is definitely not a car that’s been mistreated in any way. It honestly feels like a bit of a cash grab or scam, and it’s left a really bad taste. I would never use them again.
The service octopus provided was great from start to finish. Im so happy with my new car and how easy it was to order and have delivered to my door. I had regular updates on my car throughout the wait period and Rome Wotton sorted everything out for me - he was great. Always there if I needed anything or had any questions. Thank you so much again :)
Fabulous! Octopus were excellent with the lease agreement sorting - everything was smooth, professional and problem free. I took delivery of my Omoda four weeks ago and I couldn't be happier. The problems started when I attempted to get my free EV Charger installed - that department were useless sadly as my review shows. However as for the leasing section of Octopus they were just brilliant. Pity the whole 'getting an EV through Octopus' experience has left me with a bad taste in my mouth and out of pocket.
Octopus run a very competitive, highly joined up service, integrating EVs, charging and electricity tariff. I have had exceptional customer service from Ellie, a Customer Operations Specialist at Octopus EV, and I have no hesitation in recommending.
