Easy smooth service from start to finish

Jess was fantastic throughout the process, making sure I knew exactly how the process would work, helping me find the right car and also arranging a test drive at a local dealer for me.

My new car was delivered first thing in the morning and my old car was collected shortly after meaning I wasn’t waiting around all day. The whole process was really easy and seamless.

Good prices and choice on the website and our new ID Buzz has come as scheduled and is epic. Many thanks to Carys for sorting it all out !!

I have two cars on the Octopus EV Salary Sacrifice scheme, and I cannot fault it. In fact, it is almost too easy and simple - it is no more difficult than shopping at Amazon! Everything about the scheme has clearly been thought through - from the initial online quote, the paperwork (just two electronic signatures), order tracking and updates from the dealer, delivery to my front door. Could not be easier. And the team at Octopus are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The inclusive maintenance and insurance make it good value for money - getting a tyre replaced was as easy as going to Kwik-Fit and letting them get authorisation from Octopus. No need to pay anything - it is all done for you. I would recommend this scheme to anyone looking for a good value and worry free way to own the car(s) of your dream.
