All I can say, is Harri is an F'ing legend. This guy got me in my Tesla model 3 ten days after I signed the agreement. He is quick to respond to emails and always phones me back when promised. He even sorted an issue with the EV charger guys to get this sorted in a shorter time frame than normal. If you want octopus EV to keep succeeding, then don't let Harri go. Give that man a pay rise ;)

Super friendly staff who gets back to you very quickly. Easy process thanks to the personnel at OEV. Quick approval and delivery of the vehicle. Also you get a courtesy call after delivery to ensure you have everything and asked if you have any question. Can not rate OEV highly enough, basically don't think just do it via Octopus.

I recently placed an order for my new EV, and the entire process, from start to finish, took less than 2 weeks. Chanel at Octopus EV has been outstanding with her 5-star customer service, professionalism, communication, and efficiency. She kept me thoroughly updated and informed every step of the way, making the entire experience simple and completely stress-free. I'd also like to thank Farah at the dealership for her exceptional customer service and communication. I'm eagerly anticipating the delivery of my car next week and highly recommend Octopus EV!

6 months in - very happy with how everything went. Got a car that was quick delivery - received in a couple of weeks. Charger installed about a month after booking it in - able to utilise smart charging at night to save money. Hargun who helped me has always been helpful and responsive.

As previous reviewers have mentioned, mostly fine until vehicle collection. They are trying to claim there are in excess of £1k worth of damages including chips and paintwork all of which had been previously professionally repaired and not visible to the naked eye. The charges they are trying to apply are completely excessive; this is clearly a way for them to make money. Not to mention the car was driven 200 miles and delivered 2 days later by the collecting driver before pictures were taken so how they can claim any chips/scuffs were not made on this journey is beyond me. Would never recommend this company to anyone.
