Great overall experience from Octopus. The process was smooth and simple from day 1 to taking delivery of the car today. Communication all the way through was excellent and a shout out to Valentina for dealing with my many questions. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend theirs service to anyone. Thanks team
Matt Rolls from the Octopus team was fantastic from start to finish and really helped with the overall process. Delivery of the car was great and the follow up since has also been excellent i would definitely recommend Octopus great experience.
Car was delivered with 10% charge which was pretty annoying as my wife was away. This meant i didnt have time to charge the car in time to pick kids up from school. The blue link connection doesnt work, seems theres an issue with modem or sim card and the earliest appointment i can get is 9th December. I cant see how much charge car has, whether its charging, use any of the cars functionality that relies on this connection. Surely this should be checked prior to delivery.

The customer service from Octopus EV was first rate from start to finish. This was throughout the entire process: from help choosing a vehicle and answering any technical questions about the vehicles and the leasing process, to processing my order, completing all the documents, taking delivery of the vehicle and beyond. Communication was excellent and I was kept informed and updated throughout the whole process. Although different stages are dealt with by different agents and teams the handover was seamless as I was 'passed' down the line. All those I dealt with during this journey were very helpful and attentive. My experience of Octopus EV has been wholly in keeping with what I have come to expect with all those with the Octopus name: customer experience seems to be a top priority.
