The level of Customer Service was outstanding. My contact was Dan who was superb- he answered any questions I had, never rushed me and always did what he said he would. I was extremely impressed throughout the whole experience and wouldnt hesitate to recommend Octopus, and Dan, to any of my colleagues.
From start to finish, Octopus made the whole experience very easy. From ordering the vehicle to its delivery, the operations team have been amazing especially Amber who has kept me updated on what was going on. Highly recommend!

Absolute great service with Octopus Electric Vehicles. The communication was on point and always answer within the day if i had a question. I was assigned a Customer Operations Specialist who was called Valentina who was superb!! I had her as my direct contact and couldn't praise the service from her enough. A great asset to her team and even more so if you are assigned Valentina as your Customer Operations Specialist! Great work to Octopus and great work to Valentina!!! Thank you ever so much!

From start to finish Octopus were very helpful, Manny in particular in helping me choose the right car and letting me know my options. Once decided upon a nearly new model it was delivered within 10 days or so in as new condition. The delivery driver was also very helpful and polite.

Overall a seamless process from selection to delivery. Experienced a delay with regard to charge installation but Toby resolved this effectively for me. It took several emails and phone calls but we got there in the end.
Cameron was very helpful in finding a vehicle that suited my needs. He took everything into consideration and came back to me promptly with the car I didn’t know I wanted. The contracting process went very smoothly and everything was handed over to Operations quickly, where Ben made everything happen.
