Ordering process was simple and from order to delivery was seamless. Regular updates were provided, by both Octopus and the vehicle manufacturer. Car arrived on time, as promised and in pristine condition. Highly recommend.

Had an absolute nightmare dealing with Octopus EV after an accident, it left me ready to walk away from them and take the half dozen or so fleet cars with me. Then after discovering our account manager Phoebe and a short zoom call later where she listened to my wows (I had a few), wow! She just made everything happen and at pace, if you have a Phoebe, your in good hands, and also a special shout out to Mohammed, who executed everything in a timely manner! Octopus, you need to put these guys in charge of Customer experience, and maybe a place for Phoebe on your SLT.
Vehicle delivered on time and arrived in fantastic condition. Needed cleaning on the outside but the delivery guy was very helpful and nice.
I appreciated the proactive communications from Valentina, checking to see if things had happened as planned, and following up to see if I was satisfied. When there were delays with the car delivery (which is outside of Octopus's control), they kept me up to date.

The charger was installed on the Wednesday, car was delivered on the Thursday, all working as it should with excellent service, top rate for top service.
