Excellent service from start to finish. The process is highly slick and everything went very smoothly including the delivery of the car. The communication and touch points were excellent throughout.
Excellent customer service, very quick to respond to any questions via email or to book a call in if required. The car arrived less than a month later from my initial enquiry. Charger fitted no problem and could get a quick appointment easily.

My company recently introduced an EV scheme, and I decided to take full advantage of it. After exploring the options with Octopus Vehicles, I quickly found the car I wanted. The entire process was seamless from start to finish, with Octopus keeping me informed every step of the way. The whole process took about three weeks, with the slowest part being the time it took for my company to finalise the documentation with Octopus. Their support team was excellent in arranging the installation of my charger, which was completed two weeks later. They also provided me with all the necessary details to adjust my tariff if needed. In summary, I’m extremely happy with the experience. Thanks, Octopus!
There are ports around the UK filled with existing stock EVs. Which makes for some good deals. Unless you pay full price for a car but have to work out yourself they’re trying to deliver you inventory stock of an old model. The resulting multi month wait for something direct from a factory was painful and comms from Octopus less frequent than via carrier pigeon. Let’s hope of needed their support is better than their energy counterparts. Growing pains all round for what used to be a great business
Really good communication throughout the process. When I had my one question, I had a reply almost instantly after I sent the email. The delivery of the car was also excellent, and so far I couldn't be happier with the service.
Overall experience is great and helpful. also a well done to Lewis F who checks up on me through out to ensure it is progressing swiftly and answer any questions, that was much appreciated.
The process of leasing an electric car through octopus has been so easy with fantastic communication every step of the way and really clear guidance. Special mention to Mei who has been excellent with her responses, we’ve not had to chase for information or updates, she’s been incredible.

Really easy process and included the wall charger which was a massive draw for me. Plenty of selection of cars at different price points so really is something there for everyone. The service has been great, with fantastic communication throughout the whole process. To top it off, my car arrived 3 weeks earlier than the estimated time - lovely bonus for Christmas!

I started the conversation with Octopus late November. The Agent I was dealing with went on long term sick but my case wasn't passed over. The car subsequently has been delivered but I'm no closer to a home charger. I had to chase to sort out the problem.
Mohammed really helped us through the process after we had placed the initial order. Kept us in the loop at all times and made sure the transaction and delivery was as smooth as possible. This is our second car from Octopus EV and probably won't be our last.
