    Good support

    The whole process for getting a car through Octopus EV has been good. The team have provided regular, clear and personalised communication (e-mail and phone). This meant I was confident any questions could be resolved. Car was delivered as expected, delivery driver was very friendly and helpful.

    a total shambles to deal with

    a total shambles to deal with. placed my order with my account. they claimed they had the wrong email address which was a lie. they then sent me an email with a survey link for the ev charger which I filled in along with the required images, heard nothing for a another week - im then emailed asking me fill out the survey again that I had already completed a week ago. the entire process is a shambles and the customer service is shocking. when I called up the person I spoke with couldn't be bothered at all. he was so lazy in every aspect of his service. ive now requested a full refund as I cannot stand this nonsense and have little or confidence in this shambles of a business.

    Lack of support, ownership and responsiveness

    When ordering the car, Octopus were very responsive and on top of things. However I had multiple ongoing issues with my car and when I needed support from them in getting them resolved it was the complete opposite. I had to make multiple calls and emails to get simple answers. There was no continuity so I would end up speaking to a separate person and they would not have understood the issue and would give incorrect advice which meant I had to repeat myself multiple times. They took zero accountability for the service issues and car problems and kept placing blame with the manufacturer despite the contract being with Octopus. I raised a formal complaint, which they closed prior to the issues with my car being resolved. They acknowledged their poor communication and said new processes were put in place but I then spent 2 months following up on the compensation they offered me. Again having to repeat myself after receiving incorrect information from individuals. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced with a clear lack of interest in improving the customer experience.

    IT systems and help letting things down. Had to push to keep things moving. Install team exceptional

    After singing the contract systems and staff let the process down. I had to chase many times, navigate IT without support, didnt hear back from general help email address on more than one occasion. Pre-install engineer visit suggested significant works (£600 - 800 to be delivered by someone else prior to charger install) would be required to install EV inline with Octopus standards. An electrical engineer wouldnt complete the works as didnt think they were required. Octopus EV install team were the only positive, Lee and Martin were exceptional, agreed with the electrical engineer were able to install without additional works outlined by the pre-install visit engineer. They worked quickly, made every effort to make adjustment to protect the property and go the job done. As an aside, it was only luck that enable both members to be on site, as another job was cancelled. Key information about the install, need for armor cabling and two persons hadnt got to the install engineer Martin. He rang me the day before as he was returning from holiday and though it wise to check on details of the job. Something he didn't have to do.

    The whole process was easy and quick…

    The whole process was easy and quick for me. Once I placed my order with Octopus EV, it was confirmed by the dealership within a week and the EV was delivered in 2 months. Even through I had customised the vehicle with an additional comfort package (heated seats, steering, and wireless charging) it didn't delay the delivery date. My EV package also comes with a free home charger and they have been very flexible as I'm moving home. Cherry on the cake, the car came with car mats and several Octopus goodies! If you need an EV, then get it though Octopus as they have the best deal!

    Friendly and efficient Team makes joining the Octoverse truly seamless.

    Friendly and efficient, the Customer Service Exec was a consummate professional, the tracking system estimates were spot on, and all told switching to an EV was less hassle than a weekly online shop. Octopus gets my vote!
