Very personable and swift resolution to a manufacturer issue we had with our car. Once Samantha - Team Lead from the customer care team took over our complaint everything was handled efficiently and professionally. She delivered exceptional service, we did not have to chase her once, she dealt with the manufacturer on our behalf and we were kept fully informed on progress. She is a credit to the business and we are grateful for her help.

I recently took out a lease vehicle via a salary sacrifice scheme with Octopus. Tom was the advisor who helped me through the process. The service and support provided by Tom and Octopus as a whole was exemplary from start to finish. Every email was responded to straight away and every question answered. Couldn't have asked for more. I have only started dealing with Octopus recently, both Energy and with the EV part and they really are superb. After floundering around other companies being messed around or ignored for years, Octopus are a breath of fresh air.

Staff members went out of their way to answer any questions I had and if they did not know the answer they would find out and come back to me. Communication was very good and the process was well automated.

After looking in detail into the market our Trust decided to adopt Octopus as our EV Salary Sacrifice provider. This was based on their reputation for competitive pricing but primarily on great customer service especially post purchase. As the CEO I had a couple of major issues with the manufacturer of my car of choice. This could have been a difficult situation if it were not for the phenomenal team at Octopus. As soon as the issues became critical Octopus took over so I did not have to stress or lift a finger to resolve the situation. In conclusion, I am now super happy in my car and cannot sing the praises of Easton and the rest of the Octopus team any higher. Car arrived a day late, but I suspect that was the dealership, rather than Octopus themselves. Generally speaking the process was pretty straightforward, and I was updated at each stage. The car itself was a great price, and the deal I have is excellent.

Having used Octopus EV salary sacrifice for the first time over the last 12 months, I can honestly say it has been a revelation. The car itself and process of dealing with Octopus EV has been seamless. I have recently had to hand the vehicle back due to a change in employer and again the experience has been stress free and straightforward.
