Excellent service and communications from start to finish! Daisy has been fantastic :) From the day I enquired about leasing an EV via Octopus I have received updates and questions answered throughout! Glad I'm using Octopus as my energy, car and solar panel supplier. Marvellous!

I am employed by a firm with a valuation of just over $11 billion on NASDAQ. Within the UK, I believe there are around 500 employees, distributed across various divisions, each acquired by the company over the years. I had arranged a call with someone named Christina to gain clarity on the Octopus EV proposal before discussing with our HR department. A mere 15 minutes prior to the scheduled call, I received an email (devoid of any apology) informing the meeting had been postponed by half an hour. Since then, there has been no further communication—no call, no explanation, no apology. If Octopus marketing strategy is to establish an exceptionally poor impression from the outset, I must say they have executed it flawlessly.
The car arrived dirty and not in the perfect condition I would expect, however I spoke to Mila in customer service who was very helpful and has advised the issues will be sorted , so fingers crossed this happens.i will amend to 5 stars when the issues are fixed
I found the leasing journey to be very simple and efficient. Once I had made the decision to go electric, Octopus couldn't have made it easier. Excellent from start to delivery I recommend the company for the way I was kept informed every step of the way
I arranged a call with one of Octopus EV specialist to talk over my potential lease through my company car scheme. I spoke with a really helpful woman Victoria Foley-knight. She was really helpful and was easily able to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend her for any of my colleagues to help them complete their order.

I recently received a new EV through the Octopus salary sacrifice scheme and I have to say, the whole experience from start to finish has been exceptional. The process has been efficient and the staff I have been in communication with have shown great levels of professionalism and customer service. Shout out to Cat More in particular who has been excellent and has really gone the extra mile in helping me understand the transition to an EV and the details around the potential tariffs available to me. Helpful customer service - informative and great response times
Really simple to choose your car on the website and kept updated constantly by Harry Rutland during the ordering/delivery process. Have been driving car for a couple of months now and it is performing flawlessly. One happy customer, have also moved onto the Intelligent Go electric tariff which is also a great benefit.
Dealt with Ben Jarvis who helped me shortlist, quote and order a salary sacrifice vehicle. Great service from Ben, he kept me informed throughout the process and worked hard to get me in the EV I wanted.
Personable, helpful, communicative, I found Octopus easy and great to work with. The car is fantastic and has arrived in a timely manner. Would recommend and will do this again.
