How disappointing, having provided a bad review, I had updated with a positive review after working through the issues. But, here I am again. They have not provided my my Audi ID and despite numerous requests I'm left paying for a car which I can't enjoy the benefits of! Bad form guys.
Friendly, knowledgable, professional. This is a well organised company - does what it says it will, on time, no messing about. My 'speedy delivery' vehicle arrived exactly as specified and in perfect condition. 100% recommend Octopus EV.
Truly enjoyed the process of selecting then getting my EV from start to finish. The Octopus EV staff have been very helpful, answered all my questions (and I had many) at every stage of the process. They were very responsive and I was kept very well informed during the process. The website is very user friendly making the process of choosing a car then tracking the delivery very easy. The car itself is great, was delivered on time and it’s brand new. On the delivery day I was explained everything on how to use the car by a very informative employee. The installation of the charger was very smooth too, was able to pick a date online, the engineer came and completed the works in a couple of hours, showed me everything on how to use my charger and then sent me via email the installation certificates etc. So overall I had a positive experience, 100% recommended!

Very quick and hassle free
The customer service is horrific! I do not recommend this company at all. I have been leasing for years and never had such a terrible experience when returning the car. They claimed that they could not pick up the car because it had a fault but only told me this two days before their agreed collection date. This meant that I would not have any time to get it looked at so would be charged extra. My car also had issues and despite advertising that they provide courtesy cars in such situations - to be clear - they do not. We had to spent over £400 on a courtesy car. Do not use them. The set up is seamless but the ongoing car and return is horrific

Ross from Octopus EV is fantastic - so helpful. I was the first person in my company to take out a car on the scheme so there were a few bumps around contracting entities and agreements, which were nothing to do with Ross but he resolved promptly and updated me on progress throughout. He was not pushy at all, gave me lots of options but no pressure to buy - he was very knowledgeable about the cars, chargers etc so I felt very comfortable in asking his opinion and purchasing through Ross. Even after the signatures had been signed, he called to say the car I wanted in the colour I preferred had just come up - he could easily have not told me because it meant we had to start the signature process from scratch; but he did! He put my preferences above the fact he'd be creating extra work him. I'd definitely recommend that anyone wanting to purchase a car through Octopus EV should contact Ross. Mitch also did a fab intro to Octopus EV for our company - he explained things very clearly and responded to questions quickly. Thank you Ross and Mitch! I haven't received my car yet so can't talk for after sales/delivery expectations but will update this as soon as the car arrives.
Leasing through Octopus has simply just been easy. From the point of selecting the car to delivery the staff have been helpful, nothing ever to much and always on hand to ask a question or update. Linking my energy to my lease account is a great bonus and an extra saving. I would have no problems recommending or using Octopus for my next lease. Great work guys.
