    Really easy and straightforward process from start to finish. Excellent service from Mei, who kept me fully about the process and progress of my order and charger installation. Would highly recommend OctopusEV to anyone thinking of making the change.

    Outstanding customer service so far

    Fabulous service and support during the process so far. Olivier has been super attentive and kept in touch with offers and availability. Always available for the multiple questions I had and always does what he says. Hope the car lives up to this high standard set. Thanks

    Got the car I wanted

    In general, very helpful and attentive staff when ordering a nearly new EV through salary sacrifice scheme. Jessica was quick to respond on emails and, despite a few delays in finding a car and false offers, I got the car I wanted and am happy with it.

    Smooth Omoda delivery

    I recently ordered my Omoda through Octopus Energy, and the process was incredibly smooth. The online ordering was easy, and I received clear updates throughout.     Worst Customer Service I've Ever Experienced

    Initially very pleased with the service provided until the incorrect car arrived on the delivery date. I called customer service while the Greenhouse rep was still present and rejected the vehicle as instructed. I continuously chased for an update via phone but no one could provide any info. 4d later I received an email informing me that I must be "confused" and that I obviously didn't realise which car I ordered. A similar message was also erroneously shared with my employer as I leased this car through a work-sponsored EV scheme. The investigation completed only included re-listening to phone calls rather than even double-checking which car was actually attempted at the time of delivery or looking at the gov.uk registration which showed the incorrect vehicle. After further chasing from my end, Octopus identified there was a data entry issue within their process. It then took a further 2+ weeks to identify an alternative solution with me having to chase on a regular basis rather than being kept informed. The representative also provided options to resolve which I agreed to but I was then informed that option wasn't actually feasible. It's been over a 1.5 month since the issue and I'm still chasing on a daily basis. As a gesture of goodwill, they agreed to provide Electroverse charging credits but I've received 3 invalid codes and still chasing.

    fantastic service overall

    fantastic service overall. Jessica helped with sourcing the right car based on cost and personal need... even helped with setting up a test drive at a local dealership. Car was delivered within a few weeks once ordered, the Octopus team was on top of communication and are still on on hand to support with any questions. highly recommend

    A great leasing experience

    What made my experience so good, The whole process from initial enquiry through to placing my order. The website works seamlessly, the information provided is clear and informative. Then there is the best bit, The staff, I have been dealing with Bentley who handled the process from start to finish, is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, If you want to lease an EV, then I fully recommend Octopus EV and ask to speak to Bentley.
