I cannot fault the guys who were with me through this experience. From the start Andrew was my go to guy. He called up every time I looked online, I explained that I was only looking and did not wish to be bothered every time I checked out the website. Andrew acknowledged this and asked if he could check back with me in a few months. From that point he did exactly that which was understanding as I do not liked to be constantly questioned when I am just perusing. Andrew knew my position and when I finally said what can you offer me, he gave me all the details on selected cars of my interest. He helped make sure we had the correct trim, a error somewhere had happened and Andrew had spotted the trim was not what I wanted. He contacted me and explained the situation and what he needed to do to rectify this! Brilliant so far. Once my car was ordered I was passed over to Rome, he answered any questions I had or went off to seek the answers if he could not give me them straight away. Rome checked in with me to make sure there was nothing I was unsure about, he helped out with some technical issues with my online account and overall was just as good as Andrew. These 2 guys made my journey getting a car with Octopus... AND I personally felt obliged to write this review on their performance which is something I never do BUT I believe great service should be acknowledged!
The agent who dealt with me kept me informed throughout the process of purchasing my vehicle. Who was very pleasant, nonweldable & very helpful. I would have no hesitation in dealing with this agent again.

The regular communication and support offered by Ali and members of the Octopus team throughout the order and delivery period has been excellent. New Cupra Born arrived earlier than expected, ideally the fitment of the charger would have coincided with the delivery of the car. Would thoroughly recommend.

Initially with OctopusEV I did have some confusion and delays, however ultimately the customer service team worked hard to overcome them and the car was still delivered in good time with most of the initial issues being caused by the dealership rather than Octopus. Robyn took charge of my order in the later stages, things really progressed forward from there and she was proactive in ensuring the dealership kept up with the expectations and process.
Amy was very helpful and was patient in explaining the scheme and happy to have a call to explain further - even when she was about to go on leave! Made sure I had everything I need to progress an order. Very knowledgeable and keen to help.

Amy, from start to finish was exceptional to work with in finetuning the exact car, model and package that i was looking for.
