We've been with Octopus EV now for a little over a year. It's been a fantastic benefit, always well informed on any promotions/sales. Kept up-to-date with insights. Any questions or issues that arise, are dealt with promptly, full of advice, and answers all the important questions like why, what etc. I know feedback is given and I feel like it's taken onboard to improve services when they don't work/could work a little better. The majority of all of this is down to our account manager, Connor. I don't know where I'd be without them!
The experience from beginning to end was professional, clear and informative. Dave took over my contact once I was ready to order and answered any questions I had and explained the whole process. Once the order was in place Rome then stepped in and stayed in contact, keeping me informed every step of the way. They both also really helped out when the lead time was looking longer than anticipated. The site is easy to use, the order process simple and delivery was was fantastic. All round a great experience and Dave and Rome need a special mention for their parts.

Like a bucket airline, cheap price but don’t expect any good service or effort to make anything easy for you. Each step of the ordering process is geared solely for the convenience of Octupus, clearly none of the management are customers of their own offering or have tried secretly raising an order to find out how they are spoken to with constant demands of do this quickly or your order will be delayed, do this by 12 noon or your agreed delivery will be cancelled, etc.

Really slick process throughout. car I wanted had long delivery date, and Octopus provided me with a temporary vehicle as an interim to tide me over. This was collected the same day as my new vehicle was delivered.
