Rihanna was super helpful, talked me through multiple options and took the time to help me choose the correct car that was my fit. I truly appreciate that she was not trying to sell me what she wanted but assessed my need and provided options based on my requests. She is amazing and I found that my experience was very smooth.

Can't recommend enough. Seemless process from start to finish and communication was excellent. Mei who dealt with my order was very good and provided all the info I needed including delivery and tarrifs etc. also a mention for Gustave who fitted my charger, explained everything clearly and did a great job of the charger fit.

I've signed up to the Octopus EV cars through my company's Salary Sacrifice and thought that on top of the wide range of vehicles available through the scheme, the person from Octopus Energy who interacted with me throughout the decision process (her name is Amy Yates) was extremely patient, very reactive and professional. It took me quite a while to make a decision on the car and I had a lots of different questions at various stages of the process, but Amy was very patient and helpful throughout.

I'd recommend Octopus EV to anyone who's wanting to drive an EV. The team have been excellent from the start and there hasn't been any question they couldn't answer. Truly great service all the way.
So far i'm super impressed with Octopus. The car scheme is supplied by my employer. Everything has been super easy. Order the car and spec you want online, constant updates via email and phone call check ins whilst waiting for delivery. My car ended up being delivered early by the dealer which was fine. Really happy with the car itself and the delivery process. I got a free Ohme charger and charging credits as part of the scheme. Then finally got a check-in call from Mary to confirm everything was OK and pass on all the info I need, she was very helpful. Octopus seem great when it omes to customer experience, i've also switched my home energy over to them which again was super easy.
The whole process was really easy and the team, especially Hargun were very helpful and kept me fully informed at every stage right down to the home charger team! Great experience and so far the Car is amazing!
