    Debbie is an absolute star

    Great service and I really love my new car. Nothing has been too much trouble for Debbie Atug and keeping me updated. Emails have been responded to quickly and Phone calls were really friendly. I was lucky enough to get my beautiful Cupra born in just over 2 weeks from the day I signed my documents. Very happy customer. Thank you

    Great Service & Simple Process.

    Great Service & Simple Process. Great help and advice from George Rose throughout the ordering process. George was able to talk me through the scheme and the process to be followed. I was given a list of available cars within my budget, I checked these and went back with some alternatives I'd researched. Once I'd decided on the car George called me again to go through the final details and a reminder of the process after which I ordered the car.

    Mitch from Octopus EV was extemely…

    Mitch from Octopus EV was extemely helpful in helping me through the process of finding and ordering an EV on the salary sacrifice scheme. After a number of calls with Mitch and the advice he gave me I found the perfect car within my budget and was able to collect it within a couple of weeks. The process was very easy and it was encouraging to know I could change my order up until delivery date if I had a change of heart. I would highly recommend this scheme through Octopus EV and can't thank Mitch enough.

    Carmen Chen - above and beyond

    Carmen Chan is very communicative and responsive. Carmen is quick to follow up on anything outstanding in addition to keeping us in the loop with any promotional marketing plans i.e. the Octopus referral scheme. Overall, I am pleased with her performance.

    A Great ev- experience with Octopus

    Great communication especially with our first line contact - Harry Rutland who held our hand through the whole Ev- Leasing experience with Octopus. Great information, so helpful and patient. Nothing was too much trouble. Great communication & back up service too from the 'In -life team' who along with Harry sorted out the issues we experienced with our new car. The problems were not with Octopus but with the new car supplying company who had completely Mis- managed the whole car delivery. In-life had to come to the rescue helping us and saving the day! Well done Octopus. We are Very happy now and enjoying the car at last. Will certainly recommend you to others thinking of dipping their toes into the ev- leasing world.

    Nervous about ordering an Electric Car but from the moment I clicked on my chosen car, the Octopus team have been fantastic, informative and knowledgeable to help ease my fears. All aspects of my order and mow me living with the car has been made easier and travelling around the country is so easy now, thank you

    Aaron at Octopus EV is amazing!! Thank you!

    Aaron at Octopus has responded to every single message I have sent with professionalism and kindness. He has been so supportive from the start of my EV lease and even going over and above on matters that are not really his department, which he seemed to understand and know better than the other person I spoke too! I really hope that Aaron stays with Octopus as his expertise is what keeps customers happy. A personal thank you to Aaron and now we are finally sorted and all up and running with our new EV we love it! My only request to improve service further is to make sure within initial emails that clients are aware that they may not be able to drive their new EV on the first day it is delivered if there isn't sufficient energy for travel and work commutes depending on timing. All in all, I'm a very happy Octopus customer! Thank you Aaron!

    Fantastic experience

    Very simple and smooth transaction with this company. I applied for a EV through my work scheme and couldn’t fault the process at all. Octupus have been in contact from the get go and have never seen a company reply so quickly and answer so many questions. I was looked after by a lad called Charlie who went above and beyond to get me my best deal and something which suited me the best. He was that helpful I even went with his suggestion for my EV. Top work also from the EV charger installation team who completed my survey etc within days. This whole process has been completed within a week and can’t say I’ve been happier.

    Negative experience initially but turned it around

    I initially had a negative experience with Octopus after my car was stolen (difficulty getting a replacement, not able to take the replacement abroad, billed for stuff that was stolen with the car) which left me significantly out of pocket. However on recognising what I had gone through and the costs I had incurred, Ryan and the Customer Care team reached out to me, reviewed everything that had happened, were extremely apologetic and understanding, and made things right
