Ryan and colleagues were very customer focused, very determined and overcame several challenges to make me feel like Octopus warrant their strong reputation for service.

The website was great for selecting the car I wanted, and each step of the customer support team was excellent. The initial person I spoke to, George, was very helpful in understanding what the scheme looked like. I also had great support from Robyn to ensure I had received the car all okay, everything was as I wanted and to make sure I was all set.

Tanisha was incredible - massively helping me make a decision on a car and also helping me when the car we wanted went out of stock. She even Slacked another team member while she wasn't at work to get us the deal we were looking for. The whole team were friendly and helpful and there was no nightmare phone queueing system. I cannot reccommend the Octopus Salary Sacrifice Scheme more, Valentina was my dedicated point of contact throughout the process and made the entire experience really easy and stress free. Octopus go the extra mile to make sure you're happy with you're vehicle as well as providing some great perks (delivery gifts, home chargers, tariff credit if you're with them for your electricity too!) the scheme is a no-brainer if you're looking for an electric car, will 100% be using them for the next car in a few years!
