Really positive experience from start to finish. I was unsure about moving to an EV but Robin from Octopus answered all my questions fairly and without pressure, then George looked after me really well during the delivery process. The aftercare has been good so far also.

Great service from start to finish and the deal (on a BYD Seal) was far better than competitor's. From first enquiry with Eliott/Simon, communication was concise and timely. Once vehicle was ordered Mei took over and she continued in the same vein. Communication on status of order was regular and any questions posed she responded to very quickly. Couldn't ask for more.
I would like to thank Charlie for his great service and knowledge and making the process as easy as possible. Charlie knew about the different vehicles and gave great advice on what EV would suit me the best to my needs.
The whole process, from choosing the right car, arranging the fitting of a home charger to the delivery of the car was easy peasy. Web site is easy to use and well set out and fun! Frequent contact from the Octopus EV team (thanks Aaron) meant that I was constantly updated with what was going on and where we were in the process.
Debbie was fantastic! She answered any and all queries I had with haste and professionalism, and even went the extra mile by arranging the delivery of a 3-pin charger, which arrived just a day after the vehicle so I can still charge at home before the proper EV charger is fitted later! Was always a pleasure speaking with someone so kind and friendly!

Leased a brand new EV Car via the Octopus Energy Salary Sacrifice Scheme at work recently and the process was very easy and the team at Octopus, Simon and Pankaj were very helpful throughout the process. No issues with the vehicle and the Electroverse App is very easy to use and great way to find the nearest charging point on their network.
Positive experience in terms of ordering and a relatively quick turn around only issue was with there was a technical glitch on the system which meant I couldn't get updates about progress of my order and needed to chase for updates
Got my EV from Octopus recently, getting all the updates from booking my EV to getting my EV in time, team is quite helpful to get me all the information I needed and still in touch with me to see if everything is ok or not. Just the best and most incredible experience from enquiry to delivery of my new EV that I love. Fantastic deal as well, cheaper then elsewhere and great additional incentives via the electroverse charging credits. Car came as promised and on time in the condition expected with nice touches like two sets of car mats!! Both Steven in Sales and Mei the Ops Specialist I have the gold service level from both.
